These days, summer makes us tired and dizzy. We try to cool down in the sea, lakes and rivers, but also by continuous hydration and drinking fluids. We decided to prepare a vegan frappe with coffee (for two), in collaboration with Janja Benić, a food blogger, so you can enjoy your summer days.
You need a few ingredients, few minutes and you will enjoy this refreshing drink.
1 can of cold whole coconut milk
120 ml or half a cup of almond milk
2 frozen bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup
4 ice cubes
2 teaspoons cocoa beans
Take a thick white cream out of a can of coconut milk and put it in a blender along with almond milk, bananas, vanilla, maple syrup, cocoa beans and ice.
Mix until smooth.
Pour into cups, put some more ice and finally put one espresso in two cups, if you like a stronger flavored coffee you can also put one espresso in each cup.Enjoy! ☕️
